For legacy systems without a suitable API, we assess RPA or file-based methods together with their risks.

Can legacy systems without an API be integrated?

Database, file, messaging or controlled RPA options may be possible. We make the security and maintainability risks explicit.

Does every integration need to be real time?

No. We choose real-time events, API calls or scheduled batch flows according to the business requirement and avoid unnecessary complexity.

Will data be lost if one system is unavailable?

Queues, idempotency controls, retry rules, dead-letter handling and reconciliation can reduce the risk of data loss during temporary outages.

Who will monitor the integrations?
