These terms govern use of the hosted.technology website. The scope of projects, licences, hosting, support, or other paid services offered by Hosted Technology is determined by the relevant proposal, order form, and contract, not by this page.
Information on the website
Descriptions of services, products, technologies, and sectors on the website are provided for general information. A feature, integration, location, or support level is included in a particular project only if it is expressly stated in a written proposal or contract.
We aim to keep content accurate and current and may correct errors or information that is no longer up to date.
Using the contact form
When using the form, please provide accurate contact details and share only information relevant to the request you would like us to assess. Do not send passwords, private access keys, payment card details, or third-party data you are not authorised to share.
Submitting the form does not in itself create a proposal, order, non-disclosure agreement, or service contract. Any such relationship is established through a separate written agreement between the parties.
Prohibited use
You may not use the website, form, or technical infrastructure for any of the following purposes.

Rights in Hosted trademarks, original text, design, and software components on the website belong to Hosted Technology or the relevant rights holder. Except where permitted by applicable law, content may not be reproduced for commercial purposes or presented as another website without written permission.
Third-party products and trademarks named on the website belong to their respective owners. A reference to them does not by itself imply a partnership, endorsement, or right to resell.

Availability and changes

Governing rules
Subject to mandatory rules of law, these terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If a contract for a particular service provides for different governing law or a different dispute-resolution method, that contract takes precedence for the relevant service.
