What does this service deliver?
We select an appropriate data-centre partner against technical and operational requirements.
Location and connectivity selection
Clear infrastructure and operational ownership
Planned migration and rollback
We plan dedicated servers, colocation and managed hosting around location, connectivity, security, backup and response requirements.

What is included?
Hosting services are delivered from facilities owned or operated by our contracted data-centre partners in Türkiye, the United States, Serbia, Europe and Asia-Pacific. The appropriate location and infrastructure are selected for each project's capacity, connectivity, security and regulatory requirements.
Server or rack placement, power and network capacity, IP and carrier options, DDoS protection, firewalls, backup, remote hands and managed operations are defined separately in the proposal. Availability figures, certifications and physical-facility specifications are shared only where they have been verified for the selected provider.
Service scope
We deploy and operate web, application and data tiers on resources selected for the workload.
We provide dedicated-server and data-centre space options for critical workloads that require hardware control.
We plan carrier, port, traffic, private-network and secure-access options according to the selected location's capabilities.
We use traffic filtering, segmentation, firewall and access policies to protect services within the agreed scope.
We define backup, secondary-location and recovery options according to the workload and selected service scope.
We clearly define how monitoring, remote hands, on-site intervention and escalation responsibilities are divided between the partner provider and Hosted Technology.
Technologies considered for the project
Decision guide
We compare dedicated servers, colocation and managed-hosting options by control, cost and operating effort.
We compare locations against user geography, carriers, connectivity, relevant requirements and recovery objectives.
We clarify redundancy, monitoring, response, backup and ownership boundaries in the service design.
Frequently asked questions
Power, cooling, connectivity, physical access, monitoring and response effort are compared alongside total cost and risk. The decision is not based on monthly price alone.
Services are delivered from facilities owned or operated by our contracted data-centre partners. Hosted Technology is responsible for the agreed location selection, infrastructure deployment, migration and operating services set out in the contract.
We prepare the inventory, dependencies, data synchronisation, testing, production cutover and rollback plan. Any likely maintenance window is clarified before the proposal is finalised.
Remote-hands, on-site intervention and escalation procedures are defined in the service description, including what is and is not covered.
The measured service, responsibility boundary, exclusions, maintenance windows, communications and any service credits are set out in the agreement.
Timescale and cost are set after we understand the scope, current systems, integrations, data migration, testing and support requirements. We do not promise a fixed duration or price without this information.
