Can cloud costs get out of control?

Initial capacity, growth scenarios, traffic and additional services are shown separately. Budget alerts and periodic capacity reviews can be included.

Will increasing resources cause downtime?

Vertical and horizontal scaling have different effects. Options that do and do not require a maintenance window are explained before the proposal is agreed.

How does performance compare with a physical server?

We compare resource sharing, dedicated CPU, storage and network profiles against the workload. Where consistent performance is critical, an appropriate resource-isolation model is selected.

Can you manage migration from another provider?

A staged migration can include discovery, a test environment, data synchronisation, DNS and network cutover, validation and rollback planning.

How are timescale and cost determined?

Timescale and cost are set after we understand the scope, current systems, integrations, data migration, testing and support requirements. We do not promise a fixed duration or price without this information.
